The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year with special exhibitions all year and the opening of their brand new Hamilton Building. The Philadelphia Museum of Art recently announced plans for a major expansion (the first in its 77 years), but in the meantime you can still visit its 200 galleries displaying the museum's collection of more than 200,000 works. And The Barnes Foundation will be moving to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in a few years, so don^t miss your chance to see it in its original location before its too late.
